My Story: I began my career as a pianist at the age of 5 attending the renowned music school P.I. Tchaikovsky School of Music in Armenia. I am a classically trained professional concert pianist and organist with over 30 years of experience in performing and in teaching.
My student accomplishments: can be measured though their joy and appreciation towards music and many of their accomplishments ranging from enjoyment of a new hobby to becoming solo performers and multiple winnings in first place at competitions.

My Story: I began teaching piano at the age of 19, quickly acquiring students ranging from five to sixty-five+ years of age. I began giving lessons from a small space in my house. However, since summer of 2012, I have been maintaining a full professional studio of students ranging from the adult and child beginner to advanced level pianists. My teaching incorporates my many years of experience, including studies with some of the finest pianists and instructors. It makes me very happy to pass on these traditions to students in a way that both challenges and inspires them..
A Different Approach: My prime focus is to structure a unique method for each individual students practicing strategy, allowing them to develop full control of their technique and musicality preparing them for liberation from instructors style of teaching to development of personal style.
Commentary: The student gains new material during the lesson, but it is during their private practice time that determines their results. As instructors, we tend to put full focus on the way we teach, undervaluing the way the student learns. Once a week lessons will range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. A student practices on their own the remaining 6 days a week with 4+ hours of practice without an instructors supervision. I teach you to practice productively by the minute. –Eliza
